1.) SECURITY (DAMAGE) DEPOSIT REQUIRED:  A Security Deposit in the amount of $1,000.00 for all Motorhome Rentals and $500 for all Travel Trailer Rentals IS REQUIRED ON ALL RENTALS, and is completely separate from the Rental Charges.  If your using credit card for the security deposit, the funds are authorized only (not processed) and the funds are held in the event that there are damages or additional charges upon return.  Your Security Deposit WILL BE FULLY REFUNDED within 7 to 10 business days if the Motorhome is returned in the same condition as the day of delivery and if there is no damages or any items missing or broken from the unit.  A vehicle inspection form is filled out on the pick-up date & must be signed by the Renter at the time of pick-up.
2.) RENTAL PERIOD:  We require a 2 night minimum rental period for all RV Rentals.
3.) RESERVATION DEPOSIT:  A $300 reservation deposit (partial security deposit) is required on all rentals to confirm your reservation dates.  (This deposit goes towards the Total Rental Charges and is deducted from the balance due.)
4.) ROAD READY FEE:  There is a one-time Road Ready Fee charged to all of RV Rentals: $150 for Travel Trailers, $200 for Class C's, and $250 for Class A Rentals.  This fee covers unlimited generator use (for Class C and A Motorhome's only), a full tank of propane, full tank of fresh water, chemicals and toilet paper for the duration of your rental, extensive sanitation, cleaning and preparation of the RV before and after your rental.
5.) ADDITIONAL MILEAGE FEES (Motorhomes Only):  All Nightly Rates include 125 Free Miles per day.  All Additional Miles is .30 cents per mile.  Total Round Trip Mileage is determined and included in the total rental cost during the processing of all reservations.  Any additional mileage that was paid and not used is fully refundable.
6.) Gasoline tank is released FULL and must be returned FULL with all Motorhome Rentals.  If not, the renter will be charged a $25.00 service charge to fill the gasoline tank plus the total cost of fuel to fill it completely full.
7.) A Dumping Fee of $100.00 to $150.00 will be charged if the holding tank is not EMPTY upon return.
8.) DELIVERY & PICK-UP SERVICES:  All Rental customers that include Delivery and Pick-up Services with their RV Rental ARE COMPLETELY RESPONSIBLE FOR FINDING, RESERVING AND PAYING FOR THEIR OWN RV PARKING SPOT.   This should be done as soon as possible at the time of Reservation to ensure that you have a Reserved RV Parking Spot in your name.  The RV parking space # and location is needed by our Driver at least 1 day prior to the delivery date.
9.) All FEES are payable by CASH, CREDIT CARD, PERSONAL CHECK, CASHIERS CHECKS OR MONEY ORDERS.  Full payment is due on or before the day of departure including the balance of the Security Deposit, Road Ready Fee, estimated mileage charge (if over the 125 Free Miles per day) and the insurance certificate (if using MBA Insurance).  Fees are subject to the AL State Sales Tax of 1.75%.  Personal Checks are accepted and must be received 14 days prior to your pick-up date.  If the final payment is not being paid with cash on the day of pick-up, Credit Card Payments must be made and approved at least 3 days prior to the day of pick-up.
10.) If involved in an accident, you must notify the dealer within 24 hours (preferably as soon as possible). A full written police accident report must be submitted to our management upon your return.  Failure to comply will result in the forfeiture of your security deposit.
11.) Proper identification, employment, credit references and a valid drivers license and a Binder or Certificate of Insurance must be presented when reserving a vehicle.  ALL INFORMATION WILL BE VERIFIED.
12.) ALL DRIVERS MUST BE 25 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER!  NO ONE other than the driver(s) listed on the Rental Agreement is permitted to drive the rental vehicle at any time (this includes returning the RV)!!  The driver is responsible for providing Proof of Insurance (binder or certificate) in his name only.  We are not responsible for any damages or Insurance Claims involving an accident if these rules are not met.
13.) Complete operating instructions will be given at time of departure.  Please allow up to one hour of time when scheduling to pick-up the rental unit for the final paperwork processing and for a familiarization tour (inside and out) and test driving the rental unit (if needed).
14.) We reserve the right to refuse any applicant.
15.) Refund Policy - Any prepaid estimated mileage that was not used will be refunded.  Nightly Rate Refunds are given if the RV is broke down for 24 or more consecutive hours.  No refund will be given for early returns.  No refunds are given due to bad weather during your rental period.
16.) WE DO NOT OFFER ONE-WAY RENTALS.  All rental units are to be picked up and returned at our Northport, AL location.
17.) TERMS AND RATES SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE.  Any additional terms will be disclosed at the time the Rental Agreement is signed.
